Approval

At the time of appoinment, a component regaring Performance Bonus is added to the CTC Structure as per the Management's decision. For those employees the following process is executed.

Few days before the completion of a year of an employee's employment in the company, HR sends a Performance Bonus form to the HOD for Approval and then to the Management for finalisation. The approval is then forwarded to the accounts for payment
